This week in P.E. at RES we continued our Floor Hockey unit. In the beginning of the week we practiced our dribbling, passing, and shooting skills. Students were introduced to offense and defense and what each means. Our focus was how to be safe with our stick and how to use both sides of the blade to dribble and shoot. The muscle of the week was the latissimus dorsi or back muscles. Our nutrition focus was on different types of sugars and what they do for our bodies.
