In Their Own Words



This week we talked about nutrients in foods.  It's important to eat the rainbow and get a variety off different colored foods in your diet.  This will ensure that you have a balance diet and that your body is getting the nutrients it needs.  Two scholars from Mrs. Ankerson's class did some great research on types of nutritious foods and have made a video to share.
