Richmond Elementary School invites area families to its First Annual Richmond Big Truck Day. The family-oriented, community event will be held at Richmond Elementary School, just off exit 11 on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. A $10 donation per family will help support swimming, biking, and skiing initiatives at the school.
Come meet local servicemen and women, while checking out the trucks that they operate. There will be police cars, fire trucks, military vehicles, construction equipment, farm equipment, and more. This special day will allow children of all ages to see, touch, and explore many of their favorite big trucks and vehicles. There will be free coffee, ice cream, hot dogs, face painting, arts & crafts, and little digger toys. Area food vendors will be selling their local products.
Parking will be limited at the school; look for signs for additional parking a block before the entrance to Richmond Elementary School.
