This Week in P.E

This week in P.E we worked on the overhand throw and played some games to reinforce the skill.  We reviewed all of the muscles (Quads, Hamstrings, Hip Flexor's, and Calves) that have been talked about so far this year.  Finally, we talked about the difference between a plant protein and an animal protein.
