Tabata workouts at RES


The gym was unavailable today, so we decided to have P.E in our homeroom classrooms. Scholars participated in tabata workouts. What is Tabata??? It's a 4 minute workout involving high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.  This format is repeated for 4 minutes. Any exercise could be used in a tabata workout.  As you can see from the video it's a high energy workout and can be done easily in any small space.
