This Week in P.E



This week in P.E we began our throwing and catching unit.  We played frisbee outside and worked on our catching skills.  When we were inside we worked on the underhand throw as well as our catching skills.  The muscle of the week was the hip flexor and it helps you lift your knees and to slow down/stop.
